Negotiations continued overnight between UK and EU at European commission’s headquarters in Brussels

One interesting suggestion from a couple of EU sources -- this may not just be a Brussels-London thing. Suggestion that Paris has also been involved in the last minute fish haggling, also holding things up. Not clear to what extent yet.
