A powerful tremor strikes 125 miles north of Los Angeles as communities continued to assess damage from July 4th quake
A magnitude 7.1 earthquake has struck southern California, one day after a 6.4 quake hit region on the 4th of July holiday.
The latest tremor hit the region shortly before 8.30pm local time on Friday.
