MP summonsed to face accusations relating to comments made in run-up to EU referendum
Boris Johnson is be summonsed to court to face accusations of misconduct in public office over comments made in the run-up to the EU referendum, a judge has ruled.
The ruling follows a crowdfunded move to launch a private prosecution of the MP, who is currently the frontrunner in the Tory leadership contest
