Colorado-based firm refuses to give up pursuit of Britain’s leading satellite company
Inmarsat, Britain’s leading satellite company, has rejected a second bid from its US rival EchoStar that valued the business at £3.2bn.
Shares in Inmarsat plunged more than 10% in early trading on Friday after the Colorado-based EchoStar revealed its cash and shares offer had been rejected.
